1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bos177 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. bos177 enforces strict age verification procedures during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited without refund.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
• Geographic Location: You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesia at the time of accessing our Services. While bos177 operates internationally, our Services are specifically designed for the Indonesian market. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited is strictly forbidden.
• Legal Compliance: You acknowledge that the legal status of online gambling in Indonesia exists in a regulatory grey area. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bos177 Services complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that your participation in online gambling does not violate any law binding upon you.
• Single Account Policy: You may maintain only one Account with bos177. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. If multiple Accounts are detected, we reserve the right to close all related Accounts, void all bets, and confiscate any funds.
• Personal Use Only: Your Account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not operate your Account on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organization. Professional gambling, arbitrage betting, and any form of syndicated play are prohibited.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To register for an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah - IDR). You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes fraud and is grounds for immediate Account termination. All information provided during registration is subject to verification during our KYC process.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bos177 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. To comply with these obligations, we require all Users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. The KYC process typically requires submission of the following documents:

• Government-Issued Identification: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License. The document must be valid (not expired) and display your photograph, full name, date of birth, and identification number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your identification document next to your face. This prevents identity theft by confirming that you are the actual holder of the submitted ID.

KYC verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours during business hours (WIB). We reserve the right to request additional documentation if necessary. You may play while your Account is under review, but withdrawal privileges are restricted until verification is successfully completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity.

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify our support team. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication if available. bos177 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

bos177 accepts deposits through a variety of payment methods tailored to the Indonesian market, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Most deposits are processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider. bos177 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may impose transfer fees.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals must be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-24 hours. VIP tier members may receive expedited processing (1-6 hours).
• You must complete any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses before withdrawing associated funds. See Section 6 for bonus terms.

bos177 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet may impose fees on incoming transfers. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or if we detect suspicious activity.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

bos177 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. If you deposit funds and immediately request a withdrawal without placing any bets, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of up to 10% of the withdrawal amount. We may also report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

bos177 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 100% deposit bonus up to Rp 2,000,000 with 30x wagering means that if you receive a Rp 500,000 bonus, you must wager Rp 15,000,000 (30 × Rp 500,000) before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not the bonus plus deposit.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, engaging in arbitrage betting, or any other form of fraudulent or manipulative play designed to exploit bonus offers. bos177 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse. If we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close your Account without refund.

6.3 Promotional Changes

bos177 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude specific players from promotional offers at our sole discretion.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Users must engage in fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, or artificial intelligence tools
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies
• Using inside information in sports betting
• Syndicate play or professional gambling operations

Any breach of fair play rules will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

7.2 Game Integrity

All games offered by bos177 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested and audited by independent testing laboratories. RNG systems ensure that every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. We publish Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games, and these are verified by third-party auditors.

7.3 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a game disconnection, server malfunction, or technical error, bos177 will make reasonable efforts to restore service and resolve the issue fairly. If a game round is interrupted, it will typically resume when you reconnect. If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust your Account balance accordingly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bos177 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings
• Loss of data or Account access
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or network outages
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain security
• Third-party payment processor errors or delays

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that online gambling inherently involves financial risk and that you may lose money. bos177 does not guarantee winnings and makes no representations regarding the profitability of any betting strategy or system.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by bos177

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated fair play rules, or if required by law. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC
• Creating multiple Accounts
• Bonus abuse or promotional fraud
• Collusion, cheating, or use of prohibited betting systems
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other players
• Money laundering or other criminal activity
• Breach of age or eligibility requirements

Upon termination, any remaining Account balance may be forfeited if the termination resulted from your breach of these Terms. If your Account is closed for reasons not related to a breach, we will refund your remaining balance after deducting any applicable bonuses or pending wagers.

9.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure by User

If you close your Account voluntarily, you may withdraw any remaining balance after completing applicable wagering requirements.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles. Given that bos177 operates offshore and serves an international audience, disputes are not subject to Indonesian domestic law unless specifically required by Indonesian court jurisdiction over a particular matter.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration.

Any arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall be administered by an internationally recognized arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against bos177.
